These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and consulting services at Melosson Consulting. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided:
Melosson Consulting offers consulting services to marketing agencies and businesses. Our services are delivered based on the agreed-upon scope and timeline outlined in our proposals and contracts.
2. Payments and Billing:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers.
You agree to provide accurate payment information, and authorize us to charge you for the services provided. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
You may cancel or reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Refund Policy:
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the nature of the service provided. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@melosson.com.
5. Client Obligations:
You agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver consulting services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property:
All content, strategies, and materials provided during our consultations are the intellectual property of Melosson Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Melosson Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of London Court of International Arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
