    Once you contact us, we’ll guide you through the consultation process. After agreeing on the terms, you'll receive an invoice and can make payments securely through Stripe.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We use Stripe to process all payments, accepting major credit and debit cards. Your payments are secure, and we do not store your payment information.

  3. What happens if I need to reschedule a consultation?
    If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We’re happy to accommodate changes based on availability.

  4. How do I report a billing issue?
    For any billing-related questions, please email support@melosson.com. Be sure to include your invoice number and a description of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
